Empowering Girls Through Sports

Now entering its 3rd Edition in August 2025, the Victoria Watoto Ladies Tournament is an all-girls sporting event held during the school holidays. Launched in 2023, this initiative was born out of a deep concern for talented young girls from economically disadvantaged backgrounds who, after completing primary school, are unable to afford secondary education. As a result, many of their dreams and athletic potential are lost.

Our tournament was created as a platform for opportunity and hope—a space where girls can showcase their talents, connect with scouts, and earn scholarships to continue their education through high school and beyond.

What We’ve Achieved So Far:

• Girls aged 18+ have already been scouted by professional teams in Kenyan leagues.

• In 2024, we proudly hosted teams from 6 different counties across Kenya.

• We are expecting even greater participation in August 2025.

Our Vision:

To use sports as a bridge to education and personal transformation. We believe no girl’s dream should end because of poverty.
