Empowering Girls On and Off the Field

Launched in early 2024, the Victoria Watoto Girls Soccer Academy is a growing initiative designed to nurture talent, protect dreams, and promote education among girls aged 10 to 17. Our junior academy brings together girls from various primary schools within a 10-kilometer radius, providing them with structured training and support.

Our Goals:

1. Nurture soccer talent among girls in our community

2. Keep girls engaged and focused through structured sports programs to reduce risks such as early pregnancies and school dropouts

3. Develop a pipeline for our senior girls’ team

4. Connect talented players with high schools and institutions that offer soccer-based scholarships

Our Impact So Far:

✅ Over 10 girls have already been placed in high schools through soccer scholarships
✅ Regular training sessions and mentorship programs
✅ Growing interest and participation from the wider community
